Family with SuperMatrix MX2, a Versatile 32-port Multi-Signal

New unit combines all the functions of an
audio matrix, video matrix, IR matrix and a full RS-232 matrix
into one cost-effective compact design.
SmartAVI announces the release of its SuperMatrix MX2 all-in-one
signal extension unit. The unit works in concert with existing
SmartAVI products.

The SuperMatrix MX2 makes it possible to route up to 32 UXGA,
Composite Video, Stereo Audio, RS232 and IR sources to 16
Remote devices located up to 1,699 ft away using XT receivers
and CAT5 cable. It can be daisy-chained to expand to 32x64.
The SuperMatrix MX2 can be used anywhere digital media is
displayed including Video Walls, Audio Visual Presentation,
Digital Signage, Security, and Point of Sale. It provides
a high quality and cost effective solution for the distribution
of composite video, RGBS, UXGA, YUV, Y/C, CVBS and stereo
audio over Cat5e/6/7 structured cabling.
The SuperMatrix MX2 is the most comprehensive multi-signal
extender available, and offers our clients the flexibility
to create and manage a wide array of hardware devices.

SuperMatrix MX2 is controlled via its user-friendly, Windows-based
SmartControl software, a trademark feature of many SmartAVI
products, developed specifically with beginning and intermediate
users in mind. The hardware is operated by RS-232, Ethernet
or IR input.
