Riedel Communications, pioneer of advanced
intercom and radio technology, has added new products to its
Performer digital partyline intercom series. The world's first
digital partyline intercom features high-quality digital audio
and provides 2 and 4-channel master stations, rack-mount,
wall-mount and desktop speaker stations as well as 2-channel
beltpack headset stations.

Recently several NHL and NFL arenas including Madison Square
Garden in New York City, Jobing.com Arena in Phoenix, Bank
of America Stadium in Carolina and HP Pavilion in San Jose
installed Riedel's digital intercom systems to fulfill their
communication needs and to route audio through their facilities.
In addition to pure partyline applications
the new Performer C44plus system interface makes the Performer
series the first fully integrated 'digital' solution for combined
digital matrix and partyline intercom. The updated version
now incorporates a USB-port on the front to connect a PC to
configure the internal 24x24 matrix via the new Performer
Audio Assignment Software.
This expansion will enable the C44plus to serve as the heart
of a small stand-alone intercom solution. It offers a 24x24
matrix with 4 x 2-channel powered digital partyline outputs,
8 x AES digital I/Os and 8 x analog 4-wire I/Os. In addition,
GPIs enable the C44plus to be combined with a RiFace radio
interface to integrate wired and wireless communications.
Riedel's Performer product line is completed
by the Performer 32 digital intercom matrix/stage management
system, which is aligned for the requirements of stadiums,
houses of worship, opera houses and theaters as well as sports
and cultural events.
