New wall-mounted universal projector mount extends short-throw projectors from 7 up to 67 inches and includes lockable equipment storage area

The introduction of short-throw projectors in the classroom has created a need for compatible, out-of-the-box mounting solutions. In an effort to keep up with the demands of its customers, Premier Mounts is pleased to announce the UNI-STA, a new universal mount for short-throw projector wall mounting.

Designed to fit all short-throw projectors currently on the market, the UNI-STA features a universal mount with expandable reach and a lockable GearBox™ designed to secure a small PC or other control device.

“The UNI-STA was developed to satisfy the growing demand for short-throw projector wall mounts,” said Jason Cole, product marketing manager at Premier Mounts. “Most competitive products require the additional purchase of a mount, have location restrictions and
poor cable management. The UNI-STA combats these limitations with its integrated universal mount that fits nearly all shortthrow projectors and includes built-in lateral shift for installation flexibility and multiple
avenues for cables to travel.”

With a wall-mounted projector, installers don’t need to worry about removing ceiling tile waste and the possible environmental remediation that accompanies a ceiling installation.

The UNI-STA is the only short-throw arm that mounts directly to concrete, single or dual-studs or steel studs and includes all the components needed for a complete
installation. Additional UNI-STA features include:

* Supports up to 50 lbs.

*16.5° tilt; +/- 7.5° roll; 360° yaw

*Adjusts from 7 to 27 inches (up to 67 inches with STA-EXT extension adapter)

*Lockable GearBox™ A/V equipment storage box
