PALME Vietnam is the 22nd presentation of
the PALME series, the most established and leading International
Professional Audio, Lighting, Audio Visual & Systems Integration
Exhibition in South East Asia.
PALME Vietnam 2010
has just been awarded the International Marketing Activities
Programme (IMAP) scheme by International Enterprise Singapore
(IE Singapore). The IMAP scheme is awarded to selected Singapore-based
exhibition organisers with overseas shows and IIR Exhibitions,
the organiser of PALME Vietnam 2010, is in this group of privileged
organisers that has received the subsidy this year.
The IMAP scheme enables Singapore companies
to enjoy up to 50% subsidy on space rental and stand construction.
"This is great news for our Singapore
exhibitors! This award will provide additional impetus for
exhibitors seeking to penetrate the rapidly growing Vietnamese
market, said Ms Rosalind Ng, Managing Director (Asia),
IIR Exhibitions. PALMEs proven track record of
over 20 years is widely recognised by IE Singapore and other
key
industry trade bodies. This is one of the key reasons why
PALME Vietnam 2010 was selected for the IMAP Award. Singapore
exhibitors can take advantage of this financial marketing
scheme to help them defray their cost of participation,
added Ms Ng. The IMAP Scheme will be given on a first come
first served basis, subject to companies meeting the stipulated
criterias.
Besides the IMAP scheme, the Organisers,
IIR, is embarking on other new initiatives to make this years
show a very attractive proposition for prospective exhibitors.
These include the hosting of VIP Buyers from Vietnam who are
involved in existing projects, and networking sessions such
as the PALME Vietnam Buyers-Sellers Networking Luncheon and
PALME Vietnam Industry Party, whereby exhibitors and VIP buyers
have numerous opportunities to mingle and discuss potential
business deals.
Our exhibitors have given their affirmation
as this will ensure that they can meet quality buyers from
Vietnam to
procure the latest products and technologies at the Exhibition.
These initiatives are especially important as we help exhibitors
to break into the untapped Vietnamese market as well as provide
our exhibitors with a first-mover advantage. said Ms
Anna Cheong, Exhibitions Director of PALME Vietnam.
Further to these programmes, other interesting
features for the event include exhibitors seminars/workshops,
where attendees would have the chance to learn industry best
practices and be updated on the latest technologies
and systems available. PALME Vietnam aims to provide an ideal
platform for manufacturers and dealers distributors to network
and explore new business opportunities in a conducive environment.
