LEIGHTRONIX Hosts PEG Central Streaming Portal for
Video Professionals

LEIGHTRONIX announces the launch
of a new exclusive Web media hosting and streaming video-on-demand
site for the Media Communications Association-International
(MCA-I).
The Web video portal, http://mca-i.pegcentral.com,
provides a common Internet site for members to showcase their
best-of-the best video projects, representing their individual
organizations and MCA-I chapters and sharing their talents
and creativity with other MCA-I members, and the world. Individual
MCA-I members will be able to submit video programs and organize
their work by arranging their videos within a custom folder,
making it easy to quickly find videos from any one chapter.
Producers submitting videos can assign descriptive program
information to each video, aiding the search feature in finding
specific works based on keywords or phrases.
PEG Central will offer the organization a reliable streaming
solution by providing the necessary bandwidth needed to allow
MCA-I to stream media to a world wide audience. MCA-I members
and chapters will also benefit by avoiding the cost and network
strain associated with self-hosting of video streaming media.
