Elite Screens, Inc. an innovative company
that specializes in affordable high quality projector screens,
is making a number of announcements and showing new products
at InfoComm in Las Vegas. Here is a preview:
Elite's Kestrel projection screen is a premium grade mobile
electric floor-rising screen designed for executive presentations,
formal functions or residential home theater rooms that require
a flexible alternative to fixed wall or ceiling-mounted installations.
Elite has formed a professional audio/video (ProAV) sales
department dedicated to that market's specific needs. Its
mission is to focus on the particular needs of professional
AV systems integrators and installers for the projection market.
Elite is also announcing a custom-ordering option for its
entire product line. Using a simple-to-use online order form
at http://www.elitescreens.com/csr, customers can choose a
specific projection screen style; casing color scheme; screen
material, size and masking dimensions. There are even voltage
preferences for domestic and international specifications.
Elite is announcing its European expansion with the formation
of Elite Screens Europe GmbH, located in Hamburg, Germany.
Elite Screens' new facility is the sales, marketing, logistics
and service location for Europe.
Elite is also showing its VMAX Plus3 electric projection screen
designed to accommodate large presentation halls, auditoriums,
churches and community theaters. The screen is available in
either a 4:3 (NTSC) or 16:9 (HDTV) aspect ratio with a wide
range of sizes. It's made of Elite's proprietary MaxWhite
1.1 gain synthetic weave material that provides a wide diffusion
cone for easy visibility in large room presentations.
Elite also is showing its AcousticPro and CineWhite-Perf acoustically
transparent projection screen materials and its Wraith Veil
rear projection material. AcousticPro is a woven material;
CineWhite-Perf is made of PVC with micro-perforated (.3mm)
openings. Wraith Veil is used in fixed frame screens for environments
that are brightly lit.
