Digital Networks Group is now offering a 5-year warranty on all boards sold and installed by Digital Networks Group.
In addition, Digital Networks now offers full service on all Promethean boards in Southern California. The Promethean ActivBoard, especially developed by and for educators, complements the wide range of high quality AV and IT product lines Digital Networks offers to its customers in the K-12 and Higher Educational market.
The Promethean ActiveBoard, an award-winning product, helps teachers to prepare digital lessons quickly and with greater ease. The technology enables them to create, customize and integrate text, web, video and audio content, so they can more easily capture students attention and accommodate different learning styles.
Digital Networks Groups Promethean certified technicians have already installed and serviced hundreds of Promethean products over the past 12 months throughout Southern California from Kern to San Diego County to San Luis Obispo and Imperial County. Digital Networks Group continually trains their technicians in the company owned technology training center in Corona, California. Here, technicians learn how to install and service AV and IT products, including Promethean ActiveBoards, in a live installation environment, with several technicians working side by side in individual classroom simulated workspaces.
I am happy that we have completed the certification process, which will allow us to provide our customers with an extended 5-year warranty, states Chris Ursetta, Co-owner and vice president of Operations and Technology.
With the certification of our technicians we can now offer full service all over Southern California to all Promethean board users. Digital Networks Group is the exclusive reseller of Promethean ActiveBoards in Orange and Ventura County. Digital Networks negotiated special school discounts for these County Offices of Education. This will allow schools and districts to deploy the urgently needed classroom upgrades in a more timely and economical fashion, explains Mike Stammire, Co-owner and President at Digital Networks Group, Inc.
