BOXLIGHT has announced the release of an
optional short throw lens available for all projectors within
the current Seattle Series.
The optional lens will significantly reduce the distance required
to project a large image from a short distance, giving enormous
flexibility to the installer or presenter.
The typical distance to project a 100 diagonal for the
Seattle Series is close to 10 feet away from the image.
With the new lens option, the projector is required to be
approximately 6 away from the image.
The Seattle line of projectors was developed to meet
the needs of a wide variety of presenters needs
with 6 different models to choose from. A generous input panel,
unique features, and now the flexibility to have an affordable
short-throw option for the entire line; we have the most flexible
line of multi-purpose projectors available on the market.
Says Jim Leibold, BOXLIGHT Business Development Manager. He
goes on to say. With the exception of large auditorium
venues and extreme portability, the Seattle line encompasses
the bulk of our customers needs.
The Seattle Series includes five projectors varying in brightness
from 2200 3500 lumens and was developed to focus on
ease of installation and maintenance while providing a multitude
of inputs for a reasonable price. The Seattle Series features
an extensive input panel allowing for flexibility and ease
during installation.
LAN connectivity allows for real time status updates
monitor all projectors on the network or check lamp and filter
hours. A side changing lamp means the projector does not need
to be removed from a ceiling mount to install a new lamp.
The harsh environment filter (optional) and adjustable fan
makes it an ideal projector for dusty or dirty environments
and the variable audio-out enables an all in one control for
audio and video - in addition to the onboard 8 watt speaker.
Additional specifications on the Seattle Series projectors
include; closed captioning, security arm bar, Kensington lock,
password protection, quick start and shut down, and logo capture.
