SoundTube Updates CM-EZ Loudspeaker Line at InfoComm

SoundTube Entertainment (InfoComm booth N5851) has introduced the CM82-EZs loudspeaker, a new addition to the company's extensive in-ceiling-mount product line.

Available in an 8" size, the CM82-EZs offers rapid, easy installation with a 3.5 " depth short can mount, accommodating installations in tight spaces. Mounting material thicknesses ranging from 0.25" to 1.75" may be accommodated by SoundTube's proprietary fixed-wing constant-tension mounting system, which also provides for rapid installation. A sealed can enclosure extends loudspeaker frequency range while delivering high-quality sound and higher efficiency.

The loudspeaker features a pressure fit grille with a tap switch located under the grille for easy access to power settings; power settings include 25, 70.7, 100 Volt and 16 Ohm; UL 1480 and 2043 approvals are pending. Other products in the CM-EZ line include 8", 6" and 4" loudspeakers in standard and short can mounts.

The CM-EZ line is designed for any installed sound application requiring in-ceiling mounting of loudspeakers.
