Industry Veteran Lee Dodson to Lead Premier Mounts

Premier Mounts for next phase of growth and reaffirms company’s
commitment to innovative product solutions and exceptional
service
Premier Mounts has brought in Lee Dodson to lead the company
as president. Dodson, a 25-year veteran of the Pro A/V industry
joins the company from Extron Electronics where he was vice
president of marketing.
Officially taking over the reigns on September 1, Dodson will
work in tandem with Premier Mounts’ founder and CEO Len
Dozier to continue to deliver on the company’s promise
of innovative product solutions and exceptional service.
“Through his roles at Extron and Sony as well as the
InfoComm International Manufacturers Council and InfoComm
executive committee, Lee has helped shape the Pro A/V industry,”
said Len Dozier, CEO and founder of Premier Mounts. “He

A/V channel and undoubtedly will move Premier Mounts forward
with his leadership, enthusiasm and efficiency for pioneering
new products in the marketplace. With his presence leading

and creating solutions that address customer’s most challenging
mounting requirements.”
Actively involved in the Pro A/V industry, Dodson twice served
as the elected chairman of the InfoComm International Manufacturers
Council and board of governors and once on the InfoComm executive
committee.

As president of Premier Mounts, Dodson will spearhead the
company’s reaffirmed emphasis on serving the Pro A/V
channel and targeted retail organizations.
In his most recent position at Extron Electronics, a leading
manufacturer of Pro A/V system integration products, Dodson
oversaw Extron's marketing activities in the United States,
Europe and Asia, and was instrumental in continuing to build
Extron's market share.
Under Dodson’s direction, the company dramatically expanded
its product and services offerings and implemented an extensive
suite of customer-focused marketing and educational resources,
including Extron's award winning Web site and respected training
programs. Dodson began his career at Extron as director of
marketing in 1999.
Prior to Extron, Dodson spent 12 years at Sony Electronics
holding a variety of technology marketing roles including
national product/marketing manager for Projectors and Monitors,
and market development manager for Sony Broadcast.
