Da-Lite Earns Product Awards at InfoComm

Da-Lite Screen Company was honored at the 2007 AV Communications Excellence Awards at InfoComm with the product award for the projection screen category.  The independent panel at Rental & Staging magazine selected the Heavy Duty Fast-Fold® Deluxe screen as the Best Projection Screen Product of 2007.  The Heavy Duty Fast-Fold® Deluxe screen with Da-Mat fabric is now foldable black backed material.  This exclusive feature allows for the portability of a Fast-Fold® screen with the superior image quality and opacity of a black backed material.  The Heavy Duty Fast-Fold® Deluxe screen features a sturdy 3 ½” x 1 ¼” aluminum frame with snap latch hinges for simple, quick set up and tear down.

Da-Lite was also honored with the 2007 System Contractor News Product Award for the Most Innovative Projection Screen for the Polacoat Wide Angle High Resolution Optical Coatings.  The DA-100 WA and DA-075 WA coatings are specifically designed for rear projection applications using high lumen projectors in conjunction with short throw lenses. These coatings provide wider half-gain angles than traditional coatings, reducing the incidence of hot spotting. Both coatings are available on the entire line of Da-Plex screens and with a full range of framing options.
