CyberTouch Announces 24-inch, Wide-Screen Touch LCD Monitor

CyberTouch is pleased to announce the introduction of Orion 24 - the latest addition to Cyber Touch’s line of touch screen LCD monitors. Available now, Orion 24 is a 24" diagonal (16:9 aspect ratio) touch screen LCD monitor This monitor is ideal for financial trading floors, house-of-worship, dispatch, call centers, and medical office automation. Other applications for Orion 24 are: banking, museums, entertainment, digital signage, hospitality, kiosk and point-of-purchase.
Reliable and durable 8-wire, resistive touch screens are integrated into the Orion 24. The surface is protected by a chemical and abrasion resistant polycarbonate overlay. Orion 24 responds to the touch of a finger, any stylus, or a gloved-hand. After installation of the driver software, Orion 24 operates along with with a keyboard and mouse and interacts with application software simply by a light touch. Utilizing NEC LCD2490WUXi-BK and Samsung’s SYNCMASTER244T LCD Monitor (1920x1200 native resolutions), Orion 24 is offered in both USB and Serial touch screen communication protocol.
